This is a software feature that allows you to import words and phrases that other schools have added to their dictionary and our team has curated to be tracked by the software (Admin > Words and Phrases Dictionary).
It will be enabled initially in a Manual format which will allow you to manually select the words and phrases that you would like to import into your local dictionary.
Should you choose to switch to the Automatic option, we will automatically import any new words and phrases into your local dictionary periodically and you will no longer see the software section to manually select or reject the curated list that we update periodically for you to review.
